Shipping Information

ORDER PROCESSING:  Heatherbloom is dedicated to service and will process your order within one business day. Orders are then shipped within 48 business hours pending availability and credit verification. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note that orders placed with different billing and shipping details run the possibility of being delayed as we verify information pertaining to the order.
Once Heatherbloom has delivered the merchandise ordered to the carrier, you, the customer and purchaser of merchandise, will assume responsibility for the merchandise. All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Heatherbloom is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any deliveries from Heatherbloom or the parcel is undeliverable for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Heatherbloom. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise return.  
SHIPPING METHOD: Heatherbloom ships domestic orders with USPS Priority Mail, which offers 2-3 day delivery. Heatherbloom ships orders to Canada with United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Where Priority Mail is unavailable, the next best shipping method is used with applicable charges.
Heatherbloom offers free ground shipping and handling USPS on all orders over $100 being delivered within the United States.
We will charge a flat rate of $8.00 on orders under $100.
Orders shipping to a destination outside the United States will be charged shipping fees based on weight and location of delivery.

Heatherbloom Return Policy

We are happy to offer complimentary returns and exchanges. If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] to inquire. All returns must arrive unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags intact. We require returned packages to be post-marked within 5 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred with returns and exchanges. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to process an exchange by mail. You must be given a return authorization in order to return any purchase.

We can also offer in-store returns within 7 days of receipt and exchanges or store credit for unworn/unwashed items with tags.

If these requirements are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. Please include all of your contact information inside your return package.
